Specifically in this role, working in a largely virtual and fast-paced environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences comes first the Instructional Designer will work with business leaders to create and continuously improve learning experiences using quality training content including eLearning, instructor-led content, videos, virtual classroom design, tool kits, study guides, and performance aids.
What Do We Look For?
Strong communicators with excellent problem-resolution skills.
Creative, analytical, and customer focused individual.
2+ years of experience in adult learning, curriculum design, or training preferably in a technical field.
Experience in the staffing industry preferred.
Proven experience in the development and delivery of course curriculum.
Understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Ability to organize, analyze, summarize, and effectively present complex information.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks.
eLearning experience, a plus.
Knowledge of Cornerstone, LMS system a plus.
Experience utilizing tools such as Articulate (Storyline & Rise), Camtasia, Audacity and Well Said Labs.

Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience.
