Adams & Martin Group, the legal specialized business line of Roth Staffing Companies, is seeking a Director of Managed Review to lead the strategic direction and daily operations of our document review practice. Working in a virtual environment where culture, community, and inclusion drive everything we do, you will optimize workflows, leverage AI/analytics including CAL and predictive coding, and deliver client satisfaction from intake through completion. If you excel at the intersection of legal expertise, innovative technology, and client success — this role is built for you.

Own project P&L — budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across client portfolios.
Standardize review protocols that ensure quality control and legal defensibility.
Build and lead a world-class team — recruiting, training, and developing project managers and review staff.
Partner with sales and marketing to shape pricing models and win new business.
Champion AI and advanced analytics — including CAL and predictive coding — to optimize review workflows.
Serve as the senior escalation point for high-stakes client issues and critical deadlines.
Analyze KPIs and metrics to continuously improve review speed, accuracy, and profitability.
Lead executive-level search efforts for key positions alongside creative staffing solutions.
Embody Roth Staffing's Mission, Vision & Values — building remarkable experiences every person, every time.
What You’ll Bring
Juris Doctor (JD) with active bar membership in good standing.
8+ years of eDiscovery experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
