Specifically in this role, working in a largely virtual and fast-paced environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences comes first the Training & Development Specialist will primarily facilitate training and act as a liaison to welcome new coworkers, aiding in their overall onboarding and integration to the company and their role. This position will also be responsible for supporting a variety of corporate and field initiatives, including training on programs and systems related to sales and service.
