Specifically in this role, working in a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences comes first, the Project Manager is responsible for:

·         Working with the IT department and business leaders to create project roadmaps and coordinate prioritized projects

·         Coordination of production releases and rollouts

·         Assisting in creating project scope and timelines

·         Managing all project phases, including reviewing company-wide communication and training documentation for implementation

·         Facilitating all communication including managing and coordinating meetings including the presentation on project process and results

·         Creating detailed project scopes for the development and QA teams

·         Working with external development and integration partners to identify and implement updates to our various platforms

What Do We Look For?

·         Strong communicators with excellent problem-resolution skills

·         Someone with strong attention to detail and analytical skills

·         An individual with 1+ years of project management experience in an agile development environment

·         Someone who can motivate groups of people to complete projects on time

·         An individual who works well in a team environment with the ability to multi-task, manage time, and shift focus based on changing priorities

·         Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry

·         Bachelor’s degree or transferrable experience
