We are currently seeking a Reception Experience Coordinator to assist with daily incoming communications (incoming calls using Zoom phones, email, website inquires) for our corporate office and field locations across the U.S as well act as administrative support. This is an on-site position, working for our corporate team and based in our Atlanta location.

Specifically in this role, where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences comes first, the Reception Experience Coordinator is primarily responsible for:
Front-facing interaction with Ambassadors, candidates, customers, and vendors inquires across a defined territory
Heavy administrative duties, including using various databases and the suite of Microsoft products

Knowledge of MS Office suite and Outlook

Previous reception or customer service experience
Experience with mid to heavy call volume, ZOOM phones preferred
Someone who is committed to going into an in-person office Monday- Friday
