Working in a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for:
Full recruitment process management including, staffing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for all internal positions at the client site for temporary openings.
Complete requisition management including the fulfillment life cycle of all work orders, communication, job profile creation, job postings, and social media activity.
Manage core competency requisitions and actively build talent pipeline.
Manage database and recruitment technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and critical job boards.
What Do We Look For?
Strong communicators with excellent problem resolution skills
Excellent organization, documentation, and multi-tasking skills
3+ Years of full lifecycle recruiting experience including IT, engineering, and professional services
Experience supporting high volume MSP (Managed Service Provider) and using VMS (Vendor Management Systems)
Individuals who skilled with using social media to attract talent
Someone with the ability to develop and manage the candidate selection and placement process across the organization
Ability to identify, develop and manage effective recruiting strategies and processes to identify technical/engineering/professional services candidates
Someone who is enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and Ambassadors in line with our company purpose, promise and values

Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience
