The Ultimate Staffing Business Solutions Manager, focused primarily on administrative and office staffing, drives business development and recruitment efforts in St. Louis, Missouri. Working in a largely remote environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, you will use end-to-end recruiting and full-sales cycle skills to promote our workforce staffing solutions. You’ll also be responsible for developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities while recruiting and placing professionals through a combination of video and in-person meetings across various industries.   • Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent transferrable experience.
  • Individuals with strong business acumen who enjoy negotiating.
