We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive our client’s recruiting, onboarding, and engagement activities in the San Jose, California area.

  • Fully remote (100% Work from Home) with choice to work hybrid or in-office in markets with a physical office location

Working in a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for: 

  • Full recruitment process management including, staffing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for all internal positions at the client site for temporary openings. 

  • Complete requisition management including the fulfillment life cycle of all work orders, communication, job profile creation, job postings, and social media activity. 

  • Manage core competency requisitions and actively build talent pipeline. 

  • Manage database and recruitment technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and critical job boards. 

What Do We Look For?

  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills 

  • Individuals with preferably 2+ years of previous staffing industry or recruiting experience  

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and VMS (Vendor Management Systems) a plus 

  • Proficient with MS Office applications 

  • Someone who is enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and Ambassadors in line with our company purpose, promise and values

  • Bachelor’s degree or transferrable experience
