Job Description

 We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to support our Bloomington, Minnesota team. The Recruitment Manager will work off site for our enterprise client. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for handling and managing the client’s recruitment processes and direct hire needs, as well as act as a liaison with the customer’s Human Resources department. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with our client’s hiring managers in order to determine the hiring managers’ requirements so that the Recruiting Manager can better source and identify the right talent for the client and the client’s hiring managers.

The Recruitment Manager will build a talent pool by cold calling and sourcing candidates from companies engaged in similar businesses as the client, traditional and online postings, as well as networking with all related organizations and industry contacts. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for maintaining contact throughout the interview process with both the client’s management team and candidate to ensure alignment between the parties.



Essential Functions of the Role:

  • Consistent tracking of candidates from open to close of the requisition
  • Follow-up on customer satisfaction
  • Interviewing
  • Testing
  • Handling hiring paperwork


Required Experience and Abilities:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a Recruiter
  • A Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Staffing industry experience
  • Ability to source candidates via direct, online and networking channels
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade while enhancing business relationships
  • Must act as consultant/partner to the business
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Business acumen
  • Prior sales experience
  • Behavioral interviewing skills
